Abstract

This research looks at the legal aspects of criminal procedure law relating to the crime of human trafficking. In accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) and Law No. 21/2007 on the Eradication of Trafficking in Persons, this research seeks to examine the procedures for investigation, prosecution, and court hearings in human trafficking cases. Using a legislative and analytical perspective, a normative juridical research methodology was employed. The study's conclusions highlight the importance of improving the legal component of criminal rocedures to combat human trafficking by updating regulations and enhancing the capabilities of law enforcement officers.
